Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction or Companionship is the time honoured practice of attending to your inner journey with another. During a Spiritual Direction session, we listen together for the sacred flowing through ordinary (and sometimes extraordinary) events and relationships. People seek out companionship for a variety of reasons which are often discussed as part of the first few sessions. Most find that Spiritual Direction enables them to grow in love and freedom. Supervision for Directors & Ministers
Supervision is a time set apart to reflect on one’s ministry with a qualified companion who is able to listen deeply. The fruit of supervision benefits both the practitioner and those she or he seeks to serve. Eckhart taught that the outward work can never be small if the inward one is great. Attending honestly to one’s inner life brings the possibility of growth in love and faithfulness. Mostly we meet every 4-6 weeks.
